Hot spots & text inputs not showing

This is because the course is running in Trainer Mode, which hides all yellow instruction boxes in a published course.

To show the boxes, right click on the Training in the Course Explorer, select Edit Training and un-check the 'Is in Trainer Mode on start' box on the Settings page.
