PowerPoint/Excel/PDF/Word document not loading

Your Internet Explorer security settings are probably not allowing the document to download to a new browser window. Change your settings in Internet Explorer as follows:

Go to Tools > Options > Security > Internet > Custom level. Set your custom settings to 'Medium Low'.
If your privileges do not allow you to make this change, you will need to consult with your IT Department to allow file downloads from your learning server.
