Knowledge Point error

This is probably due to Norton Internet Security (or other virus protection) blocking access to a Knowledge Point operation.

Allow access to Knowledge Point as follows in Norton Internet Security: Norton Internet Security tab > Status & Settings > Intrusion Detection > Configure.

Click the AutoBlock Tab. Click Exclusions. Click Add and key in the address of the Knowledge Point server, e.g. www.atlantic-learning.com/atlantic.
