Supported opperating systems

Standalone courses can be placed onto any Web server (either MS IIS or any other) as static content. For example, Atlantic Link standalone courses can be copied to an Apache Web server running Linux. Both Knowledge Point and Content Point can work only with Microsoft operating systems.

The Knowledge Point application will work only under control of IIS and the .NET framework.

Atlantic Link standalone courses can be made run on non-Microsoft browsers and on Apple PCs. To do this, you must select 'Exclude course selection menu' and 'Exclude ActiveX'.

Weblogic, Websphere and JBOSS, being application servers required to run Java based server applications, are not appropriate for supporting Atlantic Link applications.
